[癌登第101004號通知文] 為因應癌症登記實務作業之需求，請貴院依說明段辦理

一、本案係依行政院衛生署國民健康局委託「台灣癌症登記工作計畫」辦理。

二、自101年第三季起之新診斷癌症個案，其癌症登記申報請依下述規定辦理:

（一）為完整涵蓋臨床狀況，「癌症登記摘錄手冊修訂小組」針對治療狀態分類（癌登欄位序號#2.3.2）之定義進行增修，說明如附件一。

（二）增修之治療狀態分類定義編碼表格如附件二。

（三）SEER*Rx藥典查詢解說如附件三。
