[通知] 台灣癌症登記線上申報系統42/114欄位勘誤邏輯測試

所有參與長表/短表申報醫院，於民國101年2月16日起請逕至台灣癌症登記線上申報系統進行42/114欄位勘誤邏輯之測試，
若有任何勘誤相關諮詢或建議，請於民國101年2月23日前聯繫癌症登記工作小組，以冀能在3月份正式申報前完成修改；
另101年第一季邏輯勘誤正式版請依民國101年3月1日網路公告為主。
 
近期因100診斷年新版資料邏輯變動與修正，導致各醫院作業上的困擾，煩請見諒與配合。
