99年第二季癌症個案申報作業，請貴單位於100年6月30日以前完成資料申報，以免影響勘誤成績。
自99年1月1日起之新診斷癌症個案，其病歷記載及其癌症登記申報請依下述規定辦理:

（一）AJCC 第7版期別編碼相關規則與操作型定義 Part II，請見附件。因新增附件中2項勘誤邏輯，請貴單位至下列網址重新下載『台灣癌症登記長表勘誤手冊 — 2011年6月1日修訂版本』。https://twmedi.xi-wang.xyz/?page_id=1809

（二）AJCC公布的網頁勘誤表提供下載，以方便貴單位進行勘誤修正。http://www.cancerstaging.org/products/errata.html
