自99年1月1日起之新診斷癌症個案，其病歷記載及其癌症登記申報請依下述規定辦理 :
（一） AJCC第7版期別編碼相關規則與操作型定義Part III，請見附件。
（二） 申報個案若接受體積弧形放射治療(Rapid Arc)或全體積強度調控弧形放射治療(VMAT)者，在體外放射治療技術欄位(#4.2.2.1)請編碼為8。
